An intensive week of authentic period make-up from the 1920s onwards
Where make-up & hair careers begin.
The Delamar Academy Period Make-up is a week exploring the looks from 1920s onwards, with a focus on authentic techniques and a nuanced, historical approach.
Learn it all.
Bring the styles and fashions of previous times to life by learning the necessary make-up techniques on our Period Make-up course.
Students enjoy a historical journey through beauty trends and hairstyles, to recreate authentic characters from the every day house-wife to glamorous starlet.
This week long course prepares students to work in the theatre, film, TV or commercial world.
Master looks from 1920s - 80s - with traditional style products like cake eyeliner and powder puffs.
Hair is taught but make-up is the main focus, which is why we ask all students to have Beauty Make-up skills before starting this course.
