What does Brexit mean for EU students wishing to study at Delamar?

Approximately half our overall intake comes from outside the UK. We do not like to think how this may become difficult for our international students after Brexit happens. Fortunately for the short time being, it’s unlikely there will be any significant changes for our EU students or others until March 2019, when the political negotiating window draws to a close. This is 16 months away and should be seriously considered by any EU students who are interested in training here. There is no definitive answer yet on what will happen after March 2019, but it is anticipated that visas will become an issue.  Local funding for our Italian, Icelandic and Swedish students may no longer be available after March 2019.  So all we can recommend is that if you are in the EU and want to train at Delamar… the sooner the better! Especially if you are eligible for funding.

It would be very sad to lose or significantly reduce the European intake of #DelamarFamily. All come and train here soon please. For more information on enrolments, contact our enrolment manager, Monika on monika@delamaracademy.co.uk
